Kurzbiographie
Frank Heyen, M.Sc., is a doctoral researcher in Michael Sedlmair’s Human–Computer Interaction group at the Visualization Research Center (VISUS) of the University of Stuttgart. His research focuses on data-driven and immersive visualization for music education, including alternative sheet-music representations, practice-data analysis, and augmented- and virtual-reality interfaces for musicians. He also investigates visual support for human–AI co-composition, exploring how interactive systems can help people work creatively with generative models. Heyen was involved in the Cyber Valley Research Fund project InstruData, which connects visual analytics, human-centered AI, augmented reality, and intelligent educational technologies.
