Oliver Schöllhammer is Head of the Digitalization and AI business division at Fraunhofer IPA in Stuttgart. With more than 23 years of experience in technology-driven organizational change, he works on digital transformation, AI adoption, business-model innovation, ecosystem development, and lean management across industries. He is also involved in supporting startups and translating research into practical industrial applications. Schöllhammer is relevant to Cyber Valley as a key bridge between the region’s academic AI research and industrial deployment: his work helps companies apply AI and digital technologies in manufacturing, production, and innovation ecosystems, strengthening the transfer side of the Stuttgart–Tübingen AI ecosystem.
