Innovation Campus Manager (f/m/d)

As Cyber Valley GmbH, we are seeking an Innovation Campus Manager to join our vibrant team for the next two years (Permanent contract optional).
YOUR MISSION
You will work closely and collaboratively with faculty, senior researchers, and president offices of our academic partners. Cyber Valley Innovation Campus includes the University of Stuttgart, University of Tübingen, Max Planck Society, Fraunhofer Society, ELLIS Institute Tübingen, and Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. Your goal is to help promote their scientific excellence and host platforms for collaboration.
In detail:
- You will be the first point of contact for all Innovation Campus partners.
- You will oversee and plan the Innovation Campus activities in close interaction with the management and the spokesperson.
- You will prepare and document all relevant meetings, including minute taking for the Cyber Valley Innovation Campus Boards.
- You will support third party funding (proposals, planning, administration, reporting), and scientific evaluation reports.
- You will co-develop and implement measures to assess success and effectiveness, while contributing to ongoing refinement and improvement efforts.
YOUR PROFILE
- You should have completed an advanced degree (Master's or PHD) in natural sciences, engineering, and/or related fields.
- You have professional experience in scientific and administrative project management.
- You have a highly structured, diplomatic, and strategy-oriented way of working.
- Your working style is reliable, efficient, and independent.
- Having a very good command of both English and German (at least C1 level) will help you succeed in this role, as well as the willingness and capability to learn about the research topics.
- You have a high degree of resilience, flexibility, and enthusiasm for excellence in intelligent systems.
- Knowledge of standard software packages is required.

Contract and salaries are based on qualifications and previous professional experience according to public guidelines (Collective Agreement for the Public Service of the Länder; TV-L). Social benefits of the public service do apply.
