Scientific Coordinator (f/m/d)

YOUR MISSION
You will work closely and collaboratively with scientists from various academic institutions, other research coordinators, students, programmers, administrative staff and other central facilities to help achieving scientific goals.

- scientific collaborations and scientific collaboration contracts
- third party funding (proposals, planning, administration, reporting)
- preparation of evaluation reports
- preparation for meetings
- maintenance of the website
- demonstrations, external visits, presentations
- scientific visits (PhD students, interns, sabbaticals, talks, etc.)
- workshops and other internal and external events
- general administrative processes
- supporting working-students with organizational issues and keeping track of their achievements
YOUR PROFILE
- You should have completed an advanced degree (Master or equivalent, ideally a PhD) in natural sciences, engineering and/or related fields
- Professional experience in scientific and administrative project management is an advantage
- You have a highly structured and strategy-oriented way of working
- Your working style is reliable, efficient and independent
- Very good command of both English and German (at least C1 level) will help you succeed in this role as well as the willingness and capability to learn about the research topics
- You have a high degree of resilience, flexibility and enthusiasm
- Knowledge of standard software packages is required
