What you can expect
As part of our plus10 team you are able to gain practical experience during your studies. You support us in the integration of our software in our customers production plants. In addition to the integration and testing directly on our customers‘ machines, you are responsible for the development of new interfaces from PLC´s and other automation sub-systems to our software. Our vision is to optimize manufacturing machines automatically in real-time. You will work in an agile team, which combines competencies from the areas of software development, data science, production and control engineering. In general, you will be able to work independently on your own tasks, while we will support you enhancing your skill set. Additionally, we guarantee to compensate for your overtime and provide you with fresh fruit and first-class coffee every day. You are able to schedule your working hours flexibly.
What you bring along
- Experiences with programmable logic controllers (e.g. Siemens S7, Beckhoff TwinCAT)
- Knowledge in the area of automation technologies, sensors and robotics
- You are able to deal with the basics of network technologies (e.g. UDP, TCP/IP)
- Machine to Machine communication protocols like OPC-UA are no foreign words to you
- First experiences with Python
- Conversational language skills in English and German
- Autonomous and solution-oriented way of working
- Enthusiasm for manufacturing technologies & proactive mindset
