Secretary (f/m/d)
Tensor AI Solutions is looking for a Secretary to join their team.
Job position – Your responsibilities
- General secretarial and administrative tasks
- Telephone and written correspondence with internal and external contacts
- Appointment and calendar coordination
- Organization and preparation of meetings
- Creation, maintenance, and filing of documents (digital and, if necessary, analog)
- Travel planning and accounting
- Support with accounting, human resources, or administrative tasks as agreed
- Maintenance of master data and overviews
Your profile
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in a secretarial or comparable position is required
- Very good written and spoken German, good written and spoken English is an advantage
- Confident use of MS Office / common office applications
- Structured, careful, and reliable way of working
- Friendly, professional manner and good communication skills
- Discretion and sense of responsibility
