Executive Assistant (f/m/d)
Tensor AI Solutions is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team.
Job position – Your responsibilities
- Operational and organizational support for management in day-to-day business
- Appointment, travel, and calendar coordination, including preparation and follow-up
- Preparation of meetings, workshops, and committee meetings (agenda, documents, minutes)
- Creation and preparation of presentations, decision-making bases, and reports
- Communication with internal and external stakeholders (partners, customers, funding agencies, institutions)
- Support with strategic projects, funding initiatives, and investor activities
- Management of confidential information with the utmost discretion
- Optional: Support with office management, HR, or controlling-related tasks (depending on profile)
Your profile
- Completed commercial training, degree, or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience as a management assistant, executive assistant, or in a comparable role desirable
- Very good organizational and communication skills
- Independent, structured, and forward-thinking approach to work
- High level of reliability, discretion, and loyalty
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Confident use of MS Office / common office applications, ideally experience with project management tools
- An affinity for technology, AI, and innovation projects is an advantage.
